Delivery & Fulfillment Timeframes

At Diamond K Armory, we work with manufacturers, distributors, and compliance agencies to fulfill your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Due to the regulated nature of many products we sell, delivery timelines may vary.
All timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within:
1–3 business days
Order processing includes:
- Payment verification
- Fraud prevention review (if applicable)
- Inventory confirmation
- Compliance checks
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders may be delayed if additional verification or information is required.
Firearms Orders
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
Typical firearm order timeline:
- 1–3 business days processing
- 2–5 business days shipping (depending on carrier)
- Additional time for transfer coordination
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate FFL information promptly
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your selected FFL dealer
- Transfer fees charged by your FFL are separate and not included in your purchase
Failure to provide correct or complete FFL information may result in delays.
Order-In / Distributor Fulfilled Items
Some items may not be physically stocked in-house and may be ordered from a distributor or manufacturer after purchase.
Estimated fulfillment timeframe:
3–10 business days, depending on supplier availability
Please note:
- Availability is not guaranteed
- Orders are subject to distributor and manufacturer inventory
- Some items may ship directly from third-party suppliers
- Once an item has been ordered from a distributor, the order may not be canceled
If an item becomes unavailable, Diamond K Armory reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

Ammunition & Accessories
Most ammunition and accessory orders ship within:
1–5 business days
Hazardous materials regulations may affect ammunition shipping timelines.
Certain items may ship separately depending on availability or compliance requirements.
NFA Items (Suppressors, SBRs, etc.)
NFA items require ATF approval and applicable tax stamps.
Estimated timelines include:
- Form 3 (dealer-to-dealer transfer): typically 3–14 days
- Form 4 (individual transfer): may take several months or longer
ATF approval timelines are outside of our control and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Transit Times
Once shipped, typical carrier delivery times are:
2–7 business days, depending on location
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Diamond K Armory is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately due to:
- Distributor location
- Compliance requirements
- Availability differences
Additional transit time may apply.
Time-Sensitive Orders & Rush Processing
Diamond K Armory does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Customers should not rely on estimated timeframes for time-sensitive needs.
If you require an order by a specific date, you must contact us prior to or immediately after placing your order.
At our discretion, we may offer expedited handling for a $25 rush processing fee. Rush processing prioritizes your order within our workflow but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
All delivery timelines remain estimates and are subject to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, supplier availability, compliance processing, and regulatory requirements.
By requesting expedited handling, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The rush fee applies to processing priority only
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed
- No refunds will be issued for missed requested timeframes
Operational Volume & Auction Periods
Diamond K Armory conducts periodic high-volume auction events in addition to standard retail operations.
During and immediately following auction closing periods, order processing, fulfillment, and shipping times may be extended due to increased operational volume.
While we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur during these periods.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that fulfillment timelines may be affected by overall business operations, including auction activity.
Diamond K Armory shall not be held liable for delays resulting from operational volume or scheduling constraints.
Delays & Force Majeure
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Manufacturer backorders
- Supply chain disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Regulatory or compliance processing
- Payment verification issues
- ATF or background check processing
- Customer-provided information delays
Diamond K Armory shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Providing valid FFL information when required
- Responding promptly to verification requests
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the responsibility of the customer.
