Shipping Policy

For fraud prevention and customer protection, Diamond K Armory may require identity verification for orders where billing and shipping information do not match or an order is flagged for review.

If verification is declined or not provided, the order may be canceled and refunded.

We appreciate your understanding—these procedures help protect both our customers and our business.


Firearms Shipping

  • All firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting an FFL that will accept the transfer.
  • Transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are separate and non-refundable.
  • Customers must ensure all FFL information is accurate and provided promptly.

Shipping Terms

  • Shipping costs are calculated at time of fulfillment unless otherwise stated.
  • A handling fee may apply.
  • Items may ship in multiple packages depending on availability and compliance requirements.
  • Some items may be fulfilled by manufacturers or distributors (drop-shipped).

Diamond K Armory is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Manufacturers or distributors
  • Weather or natural events
  • Regulatory or compliance processes

Risk of Loss

All shipments are transferred to the carrier once shipped. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments. Diamond K Armory will assist when possible but is not responsible for carrier errors.


Return Policy

Due to the regulated nature of our industry, returns are limited and subject to approval.

All returns must comply with the conditions below.


Firearms

All firearm sales are considered final once shipped to your selected FFL.

If a firearm arrives at the FFL and there is an actual issue with the item (defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage):

  • Diamond K Armory must be notified within 7 days of FFL receipt
  • The firearm must NOT be transferred to the customer
  • The firearm must remain in original condition

If a background check is denied:

  • The firearm will be returned to Diamond K Armory
  • 20% restocking fee will apply
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted

Customers are responsible for confirming their eligibility prior to purchase.


Order-In / Special Order Items

Order-In items are considered final sale once ordered.

Returns will only be considered if there is a verifiable issue with the item, including:

  • Manufacturer defect
  • Incorrect item received
  • Shipping damage

Diamond K Armory must be notified within 7 days of delivery or FFL receipt.

Order processing and shipping timelines may vary and are not guaranteed.


Accessories & Stocked Products

Returns on stocked products may be accepted within 15 days of delivery or in-store purchase, subject to approval.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must be in resellable condition

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns may be completed:

  • In-store, or
  • By shipment (customer responsible for return shipping)

Returns are not accepted for buyer preference, compatibility issues, or failure to review product specifications.


Used / Blemished / Discounted Items

All used, blemished, clearance, and discounted items are sold as-is and are final sale.

No returns will be accepted for these items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Ammunition
  • NFA items

Return Process

All returns must be authorized in advance.

To request a return:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Return requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe.

Approved returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Documentation Requirement

All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be supported by clear photos of the item and packaging.

Customer must provide clear photos of:

  • The item received
  • Any visible damage or issue
  • The original packaging and shipping box

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim or return request.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Failure to notify within this timeframe or provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once an approved return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Diamond K Armory reserves the right to issue refunds:

  • To the original form of payment, or
  • As store credit, at its discretion

Store credit may be issued in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Returns
  • Cancellations
  • Resolved disputes

Refunds and credits may be reduced by applicable fees, including:

  • Restocking fees
  • Shipping costs
  • Payment processing fees

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or ordered from a distributor.

Once an item has been ordered, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be subject to fees.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Diamond K Armory before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Recovery of associated fees and costs
  • Legal action if necessary

Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws.

Diamond K Armory will not ship items to jurisdictions where they are prohibited.


Right to Refuse Service

Diamond K Armory reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions at its discretion.
