Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $440.00

Diamond K Armory reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize with a firearm of equal or greater retail value should the advertised prize become unavailable. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Central Time on Saturday, July 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on Monday, July 13, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Diamond K Armory Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Employees, officers, directors, immediate family members, and members of the same household of Diamond K Armory employees are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

TWO (2) WAYS TO ENTER

Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may purchase any eligible promotional product through the official Diamond K Armory website.

Each eligible promotional product automatically receives the number of sweepstakes entries displayed on the applicable product page.

Alternative Method of Entry (A.M.O.E.)

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To receive one (1) entry without making a purchase, hand-print the following information on a 3″ × 5″ card:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than Friday, July 10, 2026, and received by Monday, July 13, 2026, to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per envelope.

Multiple mail-in entries are permitted, provided each entry is mailed separately in its own envelope with sufficient postage.

Each valid mail-in entry receives the same number of entries as one (1) qualifying promotional product purchase, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.

Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, postage-due, or otherwise invalid entries are void.

Diamond K Armory is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable mail-in entries.

Regardless of the method of entry, all eligible entries have an equal opportunity to win. Purchasing an eligible promotional product does not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of entries awarded with that product.

WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided during entry.

If the selected winner:

Cannot be contacted;
Fails to respond within seven (7) days;
Is determined to be ineligible;
Declines the prize; or
Cannot legally receive the firearm;

Diamond K Armory may select an alternate winner.

Following the close of the Sweepstakes, Diamond K Armory will conduct the random drawing. After the potential winner has been selected and eligibility has been verified, Diamond K Armory intends to announce the verified winner LIVE within twenty-four (24) hours on the official Diamond K Armory Facebook page.

Diamond K Armory reserves the right to delay the announcement if additional time is reasonably required to verify eligibility, complete firearm transfer requirements, or address unforeseen administrative circumstances.

FIREARM TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS

All firearm prizes will be transferred only in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The winner must:

Successfully complete all required ATF paperwork.
Successfully pass all required background checks.
Present valid government-issued identification.
Comply with all applicable firearm laws.

If shipment is required, the firearm will be shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) selected by the winner and approved by Diamond K Armory.

Any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If the winner is prohibited from receiving the firearm under applicable law, the prize will be forfeited and Diamond K Armory may select an alternate winner.

The winner is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the receipt and possession of the firearm prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Diamond K Armory reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, attempts to interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes, or violates these Official Rules.

Diamond K Armory’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding.

Diamond K Armory further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other event beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Diamond K Armory, its owners, employees, officers, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, transfer, or lawful use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Diamond K Armory Privacy Policy.

FRAUD ALERT

Diamond K Armory will never require a winner to pay money, provide banking information, purchase additional products, or send payment of any kind to claim a prize.

If you receive such a request, it is fraudulent and should be ignored.

Diamond K Armory will contact winners only using the contact information provided during entry.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Diamond K Armory to use the winner’s name, city, state, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

By participating, entrants release those platforms from any responsibility or liability related to this Sweepstakes.
